Cooking Salts

The salt salt is used as coarse salt (for the kitchen), fine salt for the table or the flower of salt (thin layer of white crystals that forms on the surface of the salt marshes thanks to the evaporation of the wind ).

In the kitchen one prefers either the sea salt harvested in the salt marshes of Guérande, Aigues Mortes, the Island of Oléron. Or else fossil salt (rock salt) extracted from salt mines in Europe or elsewhere.

Discover also the salt of the himalaya of marine origin coming from fossil deposits left by the sea.
