Armagnacs-Calvados-Cognacs

At the heart of southwestern France has developed a more refinedalcohol as this exceptional region blessed gods of Haute Cuisine isgenerated : Cognac.

Cognac is particularly renowned for its three terroirs : great champagne, small champagne and fine wood. Other territories exist as Borderies, Bons Bois, Bois Ordinary.

Cognac is aged in responding to rules defined by the AOC obtained by these spirits in 1936.

Regarding the aging of Cognac it should last two and a half years at a minimum. It must take place in cellars where only de-Cognac brandies should be stored.

Like many alcohols big name, Cognac must age in oak barrels. The drums must be new or have contained something other than Cognac.


Alcohol abuse is dangerous for health, consume in moderation. Alcohol should not be used by pregnant women. The sale of alcohol is prohibited to minors - 18 years.
